President

Mr. Lin a licensed professional engineer with a B.S and M.S.in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University. His career spans twenty years in water and wastewater treatment, design-build, and municipal engineering. He is a Board Certified Environmental Engineer with the American Academy of Environmental Engineers.

Ed Fox

Head Operator

Mr. Fox is the head operator for MGD Water Solutions and has been in the water/wastewater industry for over 15 years. His expertise ranges from the daily operation and monitoring of facilities to troubleshooting and equipment repair. Mr. Fox has helped several treatment systems achieve compliance through efficient operations and keen oversight.

Chris Hartwig

Operator

Mr. Hartwig is water treatment operator for MGD Water Solutions. He holds a B.S. degree in political science and is a Class C Water Operator. Chris is responsible for several water systems in Northern Illinois.

Cindy Sutherland

Operations Assistant

Ms. Sutherland is responsible for client communication, company correspondence and quality assurance for the company. She assures the timely actions of the operation services.

Jim Wagner

Field Inspector

Mr. Wagner has over 40 years experience in the construction industry ranging from water and wastewater treatment construction to facility and equipment systems production. He has been a field superintendent on several large treatment plant projects from construction, site management, subcontractor oversight, and project scheduling. His extensive background as a union millwright and carpenter lends valuable experience in field inspections. He has completed several OSHA courses including safety, excavation, trenching, scaffolding, rigging, first aid and CPR.
